As the team are working on their assessments, you have complete visibility and insight into the risk for their project, your site, or entire company through intuitive dashboards and reports.

Acuity offers a number of standard protocols which you may use or modify to meet your specific risk methodology. If you have existing assessment projects you would like to migrate, you can do so by using our import wizard. If you have protocols for process safety, or audits or checklists, no problem. Those can also be imported and then made available for the entire team to use. Acuity adapts to your business and provides unlimited possibilities as to the types of assessments, checklists or audits you want to perform.

Yes, Acuity allows users to divide their assessment up into specific elements and provide those elements to the team of assessors, whether they are in the office, working remotely or on a mobile device. As the team complete their assessments, Acuity compiles all the results into once concise view which any manager, team lead or assessor can review and then execute actions based off the recommendations. Did we mention, Acuity also includes workflows for action item assignment, tracking and resolution.

Acuity has effective instruments for your risk management initiatives. Its focus is on three key areas. Firstly, the ability to replicate your existing approach to risk, whether its a 14 element PSM, Hazop, FMEA, LOPA, checklist, or assessment. If you have been doing it with a spreadsheet you can do it with Acuity. Secondly, Acuity provides visibility into the risk for the project, division or entire company and all sites, through intuitive configurable dashboards. Lastly, Acuity offers a powerful workflow engine, which allows for action item assignment, management and resolution.

Acuity is a platform with out of the box functionality. Included with your monthly subscription is technical support, the Acuity platform online with our secure cloud server, an offine app so you can sync your project and take it with you into the field, and an iPad app (available on the iTunes store for download) for those users who want to work completely mobile. We’ve bundled a number of popular risk assessment templates (protocols) into Acuity so oyu can start right away, or import your existing projects or protocols, to work the way you want to.

Yes of course. You may either migrate your existing company protocols through our intuitive import wizard, build a new protocol from the ground up directly in Acuity and the share this protocol with your team and projects, or modify one of our existing protocols we have developed through our many years consulting to the industry. Acuity is flexible and highly configurable to adapt to your specific requirements and we haven’t found a limitation yet!

Yes, Acuity was developed with both flexibility and scalability in mind. Acuity is deployed using Amazon Web Services and their cloud infrastructure. All data contained in Acuity is encrypted to military grade data encryption, all communication  between the offline app, iPad and Acuity is further encrypted during transmission and backed up regularly. If you prefer to have Acuity deployed on your own company internal cloud, that is also possible.

We appreciate you might have existing projects such as process safety assessments from your various business units, and they’ll likely be a spreadsheet, and its likely you know the challenges of working with a flat file like a spreadsheet. The Acuity Import Wizard allows you to easily migrate your projects into Acuity, you cna then carry on with the project either online, offline or on your iPad, you will also have instant access to the reports and dashboards so you can  view the results of your assessment, identify problem areas, or compare one facility vs another.

Absolutely, as users are performing their assessments, Acuity is compiling the recommendations, comments, evidence (or anything else you want it to) into a concise list of actions, these can either be exported directly out of Acuity or configure our API to connect up with your own action tracking system. This of course, does require some configuration on ourside and yours, but with the Acuity API’s, anything is possible (for a fee of course!).
